Return Policy
To return an item, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Email us at parts@pjtrailers.comor call us at (877) 632-4271 to obtain a RGA number. You may return any unopened or unused merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging where applicable within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.

We will make every effort to ship your order within one business day of your completed order. Dealer direct orders will be shipped on the next available trailer load unless you specify another shipping method at checkout.

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. Shipping method schedule follows:
UPS Ground 1 – 5 business days, 50 states & Puerto Rico
UPS 3 Day Select End of third business day, 48 contiguous states
UPS 2nd Day Air End of second business day, 50 states & Puerto Rico
UPS Next Day Air Next business day by 10:30 am, 50 states & Puerto Rico
